PLASTIC TRIM CHECKING FIXTURES

Inno Fixture & Gauge is offering Checking Fixtures for Plastic Parts to our valuable clients. These checking Fixtures are used to check the flush and gap and hole positions of plastic molded parts. The mounting of the parts is simulated on the fixture as per the vehicle condition. The simulation of the peripheral parts can be provided on the fixture. Normally provision is made to check the flush and gap with taper scales, go-no go gauges, special gauges, removable templates and dial points (SPC layout capabilities). 

Our fixtures are made from aluminum and polyurethane boards of varying density.
